This is a first – I have never been motivated to leave a review before. I am however the first to double down very hard on organizations who do not deliver on their promises or consumer responsibilities. What i have discovered with Bexley Car Sales (BCS) they are the complete opposite ! I have been a consumer of high quality cars for 40 years, and compared to the rest I find BCS, with Callum at the helm, provides an exceptional standard of delivery on their promises.

In my search for my latest Range Rover Sport purchase I recently had to return a vehicle and request a refund from a supposedly high standard prestigious car provider, seemingly trying to churn too many cars in the pursuit of financing their large organization and sacrificing quality control and customer service in the process . Again with BCS I feel its the complete opposite, I was at first nervous of a smaller family operation, however in fact this is the absolute strength of their set up and enables Callum to so successfully provide this bespoke service, which benefits customers. Callum’s winning formula seems to me to be down to his control of everything ; he personally sources cars and only accepts vehicles that meet his high standards of immaculate condition and good service history – quality over quantity; this means he can then personally present these to customers in total confidence.

With my purchase he was unhurried relaxed and allowed as much time as I needed to go through everything I asked and queried. The fact he is prepared to meet people at his very professional home based operation and invite you in to his personal home shows me his total transparency and genuineness. He seems to be on top of the whole process, purchase, dealing with the vehicle checking and preparation (liaising personally with his specialist mechanical service ), then sales and after sales all personally himself. I also found him available directly on his phone practically 24 /7 . So nice not to have to deal with so many different depts and people , wretched telephone systems and options and unreturned call backs. It is so much better to be able to quickly and directly access the person who is dealing with everything and provides you honest answers ! ( no sales or technical bull ! )

When you’re spending a significant amount of money in the second hand sales market but do not wish to pay the seemingly over inflated premium prices that the Dealerships want to gobble up on their high overhead setups I believe in comparison you are going to get the best value , best car , and best service throughout with Bexley Car Sales.
